Can you plan a Heist from a Yacht?

My plan was to sell my apartment, and buy two more garages across the city since I read on here that a yacht is like a property, but from the interiors I've seen so far I have yet to notice if

there is a heist planning board or not.

 

Can anyone confirm this, and is it a good idea to go through with this?

Well think about it OP.. if you started a heist from the yacht.. how would you get to shore? A helicopter? The helicopter could then be used to complete setups/heists which would break the heists.

 

 

The only way this could work is if heist setups/missions teleported you to the nearest road if you start it from a yacht which would have been nice for sure.

 

 

 

To answer your question though... no. You can not use yacht to start heists.

Ah, I thought it might have by some chance warped you to shore as the setup/heist began,

 

Hopefully Rockstar adds in the ability to start from a yacht someday

the cutscene preparation for heist is suitable for one in high-end apt , the yacht doesn't have one

in fact , i don't know how lester , agent 14 nor trevor will get to the yacht

Considering the cost of them we should be able to, hell we should be able to even in the cheapest damn homes. But NOOOOOO that's not logical.

You can't plan a heist just anywhere, you need to hire contractors to convert your spare room into a dedicated "Heist" room. It is the only safe place to prepare and plan a heist at.
