The game crashes daily

I have an i5 4460 and r9 380 4GB and the game stutters and crashes twice and more each day. I know my build isn't the most strongest but I use the suggested settings but it still crashes. I don't use mods too. I don't know what to do, this is the only game I have that crashes a lot. On PS3 and PS4 I never ran into all these issues
