35/36 unique jumps

Hi, I got 35/36 unique jumps -

 

but, i know theres a jump on Starfish Island - i havent done it.

it says this:

17. There are some steps to the south side of the brown stucco house on the northern coast of the island. Jump over the hedges and into the neighbors yard to the east.

 

I can't actually find this ? i found some hedges but dont know where to jump from?

 

Could someone please explain to me in detail how to attempt this jump?

its in the garden withe a phoenix in the garage,

right, go to the garage, and to the left of the garage you will see a gate,

go through and towards the hedge beside the road

the ramp is there

Ok, this is one of the more complicated hidden jumps to find. First of all, get a PCJ 600, then go to Starfish island. At the northern part of the island there is a concrete walkway between two houses, follow it to the end. As soon as you reach the part of the walkway where it opens up, right before you would be driving into the ocean, turn right and go through the spot between the hedges. To your right you should see a garage, go around to the front of that so you're facing south. Now the unique jump should be to your left, which is the steps to at the font of the house. To get a good enough speed however, you'll probably have to keep going past the garage, and there is another space in the hedges to your right through which you can drive. Go there, then do a 180° . . . you should now be facing east. If you clear the first row of hedges it should count for the unique jump, but why not try to make the second one too!

but i got it now 36/36 :-P
