I was looking at the Rockstar sweepstakes and I saw "#festivesuprise2015" snapmatic contest. I clicked and i saw all the details. It says that the contest will start 21/12/15 (21st of December) I assume this is when the festive surprise will be released.

Did you not read the last page? Rockstar released details about a Snapmatic contest starting Monday, the are not going to have it not be released until Christmas eve if there is a Festive Surprise contest starting Monday otherwise there will be no content to take pictures of!

Here is shown Tampas acceleration compared to other muscle cars. I'm kinda disappointed with this car considering its average handling.

Subtle changes are possible. I had this happen with both the Franken Stange and the Lurcher. The prices dropped slightly and performance changes were made. For the better, at least.

Edit, I was working nights last year, so I couldn't tell you when, but I do remember it was later at night, around 11pm

I was able to buy the naughty and nice caps. Both forward and backward versions.

 

Also, it will snow this year. Rockstar fixed the snow on PC where it would render on people, cars, and in buildings. I expected them to fix it in the latest update.

The Aks74u and shotgun will come with Lowriders 2 possibly next month if Rockstar is done. If they made more missions for Lamar then maybe in February.

The update came out on the 18th, snow started at midnight UTC on the 24th, so 5pm eastern on the 23rd. It was meant to be until the 27th, but where the systemsender were down lots didn't get to see it so they bought it back for new years

Didn't they release it around 11:00 to 12:00 am PST last year?, because i got up at that time and the dlc just come out of nowhere when i checked the R* newswire.

Since we already have the content downloaded, its not up to Sony or Microsoft as to when it releases. I believe it is either implemented via a time code already scripted or through a *hotfix. These are often times set "around" EST midnight'ish.

 

Also once again, the snapmatic contest begins midnight EST Monday december 21st so that should be the exact time the Festive content unlocks.
