Hmm, so the Tampa has a top speed of 150mph then according to the files, and I know that's just theoretical (I watched Broughy's videos), it makes it one of the fastest purchasable muscle cars, if it's in that class.

Also, three new Christmas themed horns and looks like new variants of various vehicles?

It's a nice looking car, but the handling could be improved. I also noticed that the engine sounds are not nearly as loud as any of the other cars, so I'm guessing it's still a WIP. Nice to be one of the few to have it online though.

That's right. Interesting thing is that together with this update I've lost saved topless outfits on all of my modded accounts but I'm still able to mod this into game. Also I did notice that after the update you can't transfer your saved outfits to PS4 back from PS3. The only thing that transfers is the outfit that you are curently wearing - in my case the topless one.

Yep, I had the 'apartment' dlc files open next to the 'christmas2' files, and completely got confused. I think the horns are definitely new though.

The horns are listed in the code list on the last page, also we have never had Christmas themed horns so they must be new.

 

There is a way to get the Tampa early by setting up a donor car on LG renaming it and then transerring it, that's how some got the Halloween cars early.

Correct, if you wish to have a car in another color which would be unobtainable under normal circumstances you would have to make a whole new account and fill the garages with whatever cars you want in whatever colors, the CG exclusive cars would have to have this donor and transfer method done to them to get the paint on a CG exclusive vehicle.
