I'm guessing the new items aren't in the game as they probably have to be added in by a method that isn't tunables? Whereas the trees are already in the game so they just needed to be activated via tunables? Don't sh*t on me this is just what I think.

Judging by the posts above and last year, they'll probably be free (which means they're usable for limited time). I read somewhere that the firework launcher will be given as a gift along with 5 rockets.
