So apparently to funmw2, the tunables have been updated. Gonna restart and check it out now.

 

EDIT: So yeah, they have been updated, since the double money and RP is gone, but no content.

I think it's like a hotfix or something. Basically, it's just tied to online, so you wont need to download anything extra.

 

Pretty sure they just update the servers to include the new stuff so you'll only need to restart GTA Online.
