Checking Se7ensins now, may have found a method on how to do it there. Will report back if I find anything.

That method does not include the actual snow texture on the ground, only flurries.

Let me rephrase. I'm checking Se7ensins to see if there's a glitch to allow full on snow to occur in director mode. I didn't find anything. Either he got the tunables update early and is currently teasing everyone with it, or he did some crazy method none of us know. Either way, the dude is being a dick about it.

 

Stop crying dude. This was discussed a few pages back. After my PS4 was restored, I tried it out and it worked. Heres the quotes from earlier. When you turds make videos and post this crap on sevensins or anywhere else, you make sure you credit the founder. "FankieGTA"

 

It wont actually make it snow. Go to Director mode and select "Xmas" weather. It will look like the boring snowflakes falling but nothing on the ground. Record with Rockstar Editor. When you go to Edit the video in the editor you will see the snow is covering the ground.

 

Now stop crying and start makeing videos and posts saying you found it. LOL..

What? Snow is a weather setting in Director mode and always has been.

 

The snow for Festive Surprise is wayy different. It collects on the ground/buildings/etc. Also has a unique fog effect.

TIL Someone can be this dense. Not everyone has loads of time to read the full thread, so naturally it was missed.

 

Not to mention that someone even asked how you got the snow, and yet you kept posting pictures and even a video that says "Festive Surprise", which CLEARLY shows you were trolling and baiting.

 

And when did they say they were going to post on Se7enSins? All that was said was that they were looking for a glitch to enable snow, which you didn't bother to answer without trying to berate him/her and being hostile.

Im not a troll SD! I read the forums. Its posted a few pages back. If you people would read instead of just posting you would have seen it and beat me to the pictures seeing as how my PS4 was out of service at the time. Keep crying "troll" though. LOL

TBF - I did call Directors Mode about 2 pages ago.

I know you did, but the pictures he posted were of cars that were in Online, which either meant he used the MP to SP glitch to obtain them, he had it modded in, or the "switch" for the snow was flicked.

I was rushing to get my PS4 restored so I could test it and again to my surprise when I finally got my PS4 up and running nobody else had posted pictures. How dare I have 5 minutes of fun. Checking Se7ensins now, may have found a method on how to do it there. Will report back if I find anything.

That method does not include the actual snow texture on the ground, only flurries.

 

Let me rephrase. I'm checking Se7ensins to see if there's a glitch to allow full on snow to occur in director mode. I didn't find anything. Either he got the tunables update early and is currently teasing everyone with it, or he did some crazy method none of us know. Either way, the dude is being a dick about it.
