The LWB actually performs worse than the original Schafter that was present in the game prior to the update. It has a lower top speed and gets slower lap times. You as a VIP (and your bodyguards) have free access to any armoured LWB vehicle you own via SecuroServ. Not your PV, a generic matte black one, but still veeeeeery useful as it spawns behind you instantly. Other than that it's looks I guess. There's no obvious advantage besides legroom. I went to benny's autoworkers but it wouldn't open the garage because my car was not the right type of vehicle.
