The only reason why this car is so popular, and even more popular than the Verlierer, is because of the fact that it can outrun a T20 in a straight line.

And the fact that Broughy gave it a thumbs up. Apparently, as far as the GTA car community is concerned, the dude walks on water. really hate broughy I can't take him seriously everyone trusts what he says I really hate sheeple for the love of god buy something that you want not what a YouTuber tells you Edited by Vaulttec

I don't hate him; he gives his opinions and backs them up with hard numbers. But the sheeple mentality around here is out of control. YouTubers have some unearthly allure around these parts. Maybe people have some intrinsic need to follow. No one buys/drives a car to see if they like it or if it suits them, they run to YouTube in order to be told what's good and what's not... But that's a different topic for a different day.

In actuality, numbers don't really tell you much about a car. Everyone one is jizzing over the Schafter V12 because it has one of the highest top speeds in the game. A high top speed doesn't make for a fast car. Spend 30 seconds on the thumbsticks with one and you'll see that it'll get it's ass handed to it by the Sports class trifecta. It's not a bad car at all, and it's super gorgeous, and it sounds glorious, but how often do you top out a car?

Just like the automotive community IRL. Everyone loses their sh*t whenever someone brings up the Challenger/Charger Hellcat. Yes, 700 sounds impressive on the internet, but HAVE YOU EVER ACTUALLY DRIVEN A DODGE CHALLENGER/CHARGER? It's a land yacht. And, with 700 hp, it's a egregiously overpowered, unpredictable land yacht.

Pretty much what he said ^

It's a lovely car though and I'd say, certainly for the unarmoured swb, Worth it if you are looking for a fun to drive four door

I've won against randumbs in Elegies and Jesters and Massacros in this so it isn't that bad for sure

I don't watch YouTube videos of gta cars, but I really think this is a really good one. There isn't a whole lot not to like about it.

About Hellcats - might be a land yacht, but it's a dirt cheap, 700bhp land yacht in the states. What's not to like. Here it costs something like 170.000 euros, so price makes it an awful choice.

The Challenger (including the Hellcat version) is way too small to be considered a "land yacht".

Granted, it is bigger and heavier than European sports cars. Most cars are bigger and heavier than European sports cars. Most cars aren't land yachts.

The Challenger is a muscle car, a kind of sports car. It may not be the kind of sports car that appeals to those who like little lightweight sports cars, but there is no need to so inaccurately disparage the car just because it's not your particular cup of tea.

My V12 Armoured, I love it's speed 😁

At first I was going with a classy look but the black grille ruined it so I ended up customizing it like this. Very different from how I usually do my cars... don't know how I feel about it.

I've been a fan of the "new" Charger since it came out. That doesn't change the fact that it's big AF. And well over two tons. I think the new car is pushing 4200 lbs. The Challenger isn't much different. Their physical dimensions are outright comical in person. You could climb into the engine bay with the engine, and the headlight/taillight housings are like a foot long... It's a really, really big car for no good reason. Yet, you get inside and there's no interior space. And blind spots. And there's this weird disconnectedness in their steering/handling feel... I'm not hating, but the raw hp/speed numbers (which everyone fawns over) tell you very little about the car as a whole.

I own a classic Dodge Challenger in plum crazy purple love it. but on topic I love this car bought it two times armored and unarmored its a awesome car

Still need to get these. I am just so broke right now. Well, compared to before Lowriders/Executives.

Is it just me? The armored V12 seems to fall apart/deform really fast. I boosted it to 100% armor as well.

What would people recommend? V12, armoured V12, V12 LWB or armoured V12 LWB?

LWB is out of the question unless you really like the extended look (I don't), since they're quite slow.

If you must choose between the SWB V12s, you might want to consider each's pros and cons.

V12:

+ Hilariously fast, especially on long straights

+ Absolute fun to drive

+ Stylish German sedan look

- Not very useful for races

- Less stable handling

- Not a "useful" car in general

V12 Armored:

+ Still very damn fast

+ More stable to handle than the unarmored V12

+ Wrecks sedan class races

+ Extra protection, not good enough for offensive play but good enough to keep you alive without passive

- Ugly side armor plating

- A bit slower than the unarmored V12

Think I'll go with the armoured V12 given how aggressive a lot of people are these days, maybe bag the normal V12 if I get spare money for it, thanks for the help!

LWB Armoured allows your bodyguards to call one in for free.

I'm confused about this car.

Can anyone do a comparison of this and the Schwartzer? Shouldn't this have been named the Schwartzer V12?

I haven't ran into a Schwartzer in a very long time but this is exactly what I remember it looking like as opposed to the Schafter.

I think you have the two mixed up with one another. The Schwartzer is two doors and the Schafter is four doors.
