chargr67 Posted February 4, 2003 Share Posted February 4, 2003 Is it just me or did the fact that the cheats came out, like a week after the game, kinda destroy the replay value. i mean with GTA3 i was playn, figurin sh*t out, and actully using the power. then when the cheats came out(long after the game was out) it made it even cooler, which is the idea behind cheats. i guess i could have just not used the cheats till later? but, im only human and temptaion is one of the hardest things to over come in life ... thus ... i cheated. i cheated when i was messing around and whatnot but didnt when i was doin missions. but, its just seems like it shortend the games life coming out so fast. Rockstar.. ur idea was there(putin them on the soundtrack) but next time think about it alittle harder. Whats ur opinion? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This is gonna tempt people, and almost certainly make them cheat- and spoil the game for them. As you say, gta3 cheats came out later - giving gamers chance to find things out for themselves. They should think about how and when they release the cheats for the next gta....it can change how you play the game. The Precinct - We're upping our standards, so up yours! Cheats for a game, if they are going to be released at all [which almost always happens], usually arrive about the same time as the game, possibly very shortly thereafter.
