Yeah, I wonder why I didn't get that. It seems like all my friends got the message when they walked out of their apartments that day, but I never saw it. The only thing I noticed was that all my armor was filled. Definitely no extra money.

 

it's nice to see that Rockstar again completely ignored the invisible body part glitch. Just came across this player who used it to an extent I had never seen before.

Why does that even bother you? If someone is being a dick, (killing me while cheating), I simply message them that I don't play with cheaters. They always go move along. If not, just find a new session.

 

 

it bothers me because Rockstar goes and patches all kinds of stuff that affects absolutely nothing instead of listening to all the complaints about the cheaters/cheating and patching it. It took them nearly two years and 3 releases (last gen, new gen and then PC) to finally listen about the god mode hacks/exploits and actually do something about it, to the point that it is hardly ever seen anymore and it should have never gone on that long.

 

And to top it all off now, Rockstar has done the most incredibly stupid thing they could have ever done and has made it basically impossible to report the cheaters. The banhammer email no longer exists, and now have it set it so any and all cheater report support tickets get automatically marked as solved and/or deleted without them even looking at them. That makes it impossible to report the idiot youtubers who show exactly how to do every gameplay affecting glitch/exploit. They only way to report the cheaters now is to report them using the in-game reporting system which does nothing because you need basically every other player in the session to report the cheater multiple times to get the number of reports to the required amount for Rockstar to actually look at it.

 

as a result of those changes, the cheating is at an all time high and Rockstar refuses to do anything about it.

I also never heard about that before but this is what I found: (I guess Belgium has similar laws.)

 

 

Canadian sweepstakes don't have skill testing questions because the sponsors want to discriminate against Canadians, but because they are required by Canadian sweepstakes law.

 

Lotteries have three major components: the prizes have value, the sponsor benefits from the sweepstakes financially, and the winner is chosen at random. In order to avoid being an illegal private lottery, at least one of the three components must be removed.

 

In the United States, the sponsor usually removes the financial benefit component to avoid being classified as an illegal lottery. Anyone have an issue with the yacht being spawned at any random place when spawning in? Ive paid 3 times to move my yacht to a specific area. Once i log off its never in that spot. Im usually parked off the beach near the airport and ive never paid to have it parked there

The only reliable way I've found to make it be where you want is to go to the shore nearest there, set spawn location to Yacht and change sessions.

 

I just noticed all 3 of my saved outfits using valentines items were deleted. I still have the clothes and could recreate them but that's annoying.

I may be late to the party, but when did they lock the Ammunations during missions? It was nice to be able to stop at the shop for armor if I forgot to fill it up ahead of time.

is it possible to purchase needed ammo though the interaction menu on those missions or did they lock that too? I am just asking because that could be a way to get around the actual store being locked. (and yes I know it is more expensive buying it through the interaction menu)

Minigun has always suck online IMO, although I may just suck with it. I prefer sniping or using my combat mg or special carb to take out the pilot. Much more fun than a homing launcher.
