This is looking very nice, and new stuff's always welcome, but there are a few things that have needed patching up for ages now.

 

Dedicated servers, balancing out jets/the homing launcher/helicopters so things are a bit more fair for everyone, etc.

 

Don't get me wrong, I think it looks brilliant, but at the same time, a lot of things will have a dampener put on them if the issues above aren't fixed. New car with a gun on top, but the game's too laggy to use it. New helicopter, but jets and homing launchers trash it straight away. Great new cars, but there's no choice but to use anything other than a jet (since almost nothing can beat jets apart from another jet).

 

We need things like this sorted out ASAP so we can enjoy the update properly.

Have you ever played Battlefield games? Organizations will function just like "Squads"

 

Or hell, it'll work like "Posses" in Red Dead Redemption. You join them in-session and when you leave the session youre no longer a part of it.

I think you're looking at this content the wrong way. The new cars aren't designed to be competitive against other players. They're just cool extra content.

 

And same goes for the new chopper and other things. If you're having problems with other players killing you, I suggest getting some friends and playing in private sessions to really enjoy the game. Me and my friends all play together and have a blast. It's not all peaceful, we chase eachother down when there's bouties or game modes involved, but for the most part, it's not a war zone like those stupid public sessions.

 

 

Not to mention there's no hackers.

Very curious to find out the cost of the items for sure. Some of the cars look nice but the yacht will be out of my reach Im sure. Im done grinding missions and have 0 desire to ever play any part of a heist again.

The Baller is the only car I'm interested in.I personally love all of them but something about a big powerful sleeper SUV is just so badass.

 

Oh and don't forget about the Schafter V12 and Cognoscenti SWB - which they didn't show but they are there. They can only show so many cars in the trailer. That Baller tho...

Or you need to just learn how to play the game correctly... I've never glitched or cheated and I own 4 garages, one filled with super cars fully modded, one filled with sports cars fully modded, one filled with sports classics fully modded, and one filled with motorcycles fully modded.

 

Ontop of that, I have a hydra, frogger, tank, submarine, and jetski.

 

And i still have 12mill in the bank because I completed criminal mastermind with my friends. Making money is easy. Just do missions, play competitive game modes, and do an occasional heist with your friends.

 

 

If you're cheating, you're missing the point entirely. It's way more fun just slowly working your way up to earning cool content like this yacht whilst enjoying the game for what it is.

Thinking about the idea of credit. This would be a cool thing for R* to implement. You can get whatever vehicle or property that you want, but your bank is charged a certain amount of money per in game month until the balance is paid. Perhaps put a limit on the number of items you could buy on credit.....and if you don't pay, they take the stuff back from you. A way to keep people playing, IMO.

how much you want to bet that the yachts and apartments are going to be super expensive, and when I say super expensive I mean way more than the gold jet.

 

Overall it looks like it is going to be another insanely overpriced update like the Ill-gotten Gains updates were.

 

hopefully the patch that comes with it actually fixes the big issues that were caused by the Low Rider update (like the incredibly delayed bounty updates and the crazy lagging when trying to get into personal vehicles and the problem where once it actually lets you into your cars, it takes another 30+ seconds for the game to let your car actually move), along with some of the other big problems that have been needed to be fixed for months.

I have less than 4 mil. I'm f*cked. I'm so overwhelmed that I'm even considering selling my T20!? I'm just not a hyper car guy and while I love that car, I feel the Verlierer would be something I'd drive more. I have only 10 cars right now (what can I say, I'm picky as hell with cars) so there's not many I can sell. The Vacca is something I'm considering getting rid of as well, but the rest are pretty much gonna stay with me forever. So just... damn. I'm hoping for a 20 car (underground) garage with the houses, I currently have 3 apts in the same building cause hopping around town (even between garages in the same building) annoys me a lot for some reason, so it'd be great to have all my cars in the same garage.

The rest of the cars may be interesting, but I need to see more about them to be excited.

 

I'm not enthused about the Yacht. If it's a vehicle does it move? Missile-defense system or not, it's a slow target. If it's a safehouse, then it's only accessible by water or helicopter. If it's just a private retreat, then will there be up to 30 of them in the ocean?

 

New modes... better than no new modes.

 

New clothes and accessories... it's a given.
