Hello Every One !

Sorry If I Post In Wrong Section ! Im New Here )

I Have An Question !
We Converted Lot Of Maps For Fivem , And Got Some Troubles From This Tut
http://wiki.fivem.net/wiki/Server-side_streaming4

Here Is Line Which We Dont Understand :
The files entry allows adding the JSON and meta files to the resource RPF. For instance:

Is It Means That I Need To Extract All resourses From Rpf And Drop Them In Folder ?
But OpenIV Cant Open This RPF (

Please Help ! And Thanks For Attention !
