Ryan Price Posted February 3, 2003 Share Posted February 3, 2003 Go to your mansion and go to the sparrow at the back.Get in and take off,turn left and straighten out.Go towards the buildings on the right of the construction building(they have got palm trees and bushes around them).If you follow the fence by the water,round to the right from the bridge until you turn left you will see that Just around the left corner is a man with concrete feet up against the wall.
