I'd want to play this so bad, as i'm sure many others would like too.
But it doesn't seem to work, unless your computer is in Russian  

I guess thats also why i haven't seen a single video from youtube, of this mod thats english.

 

I installed this on vanilla GTA SA, that didn't have any mods installed and it worked perfectly.

But after installing this, it didn't work no matter what .exe i pressed or buttons that those .exe's had.

 

Also one if more of the .exe's had just ???? question marks only so my only guess is,

that there was ment to be Russian language but for some reason it doesn't register it.

That last link i downloaded, then it didn't work.

So i tried to put the english translations too,

that was from page 3 and it still didn't work.

This Mod is standalone, you don't need vanilla GTA SA. Extract files as normal and run SAORS.exe if you want to play with working radio stations.

So beta 4 is final realese. This is slighty remake of old RTA, now Ibutsk City have size simmilar to Liberty City in GTAIV

Anyone? Im using windows 10, and i don't mind the Russian language,

just wanna play the game because it looks so damn cool 

But for some reason i can't, because it only gives me an error. If i just knew what to do... 

as in intructions like on any mod i've been installing, like since i was 12 meaning 10 years ago.

 

So if i need to adjust something on this stand-alone, or download new stuff from some Russian site to this

Just saying i can handle it. Since i've been on Russian message boards before with translator,

and doing so succesfully even though im from Finland.

Sadly, there is no known reason to why this crash happens, but it maybe a problem with the installed mods, conflicting CLEO Scripts, and all that good stuff.

 

Check out the Fastmans limit adjuster log too.

Hello! I download the mod and I really like it. It's well made. Too bad the english translation doesn't really work. Other than that, it's a good total conversion.

 

I have a question. There's a map in the middle of the ocean. Seems abandoned. Does it have any purpose or what's the story behind it? The idea is I love Russian maps in GTA. Or any other Eastern European country. I just hope some company would make an open world game set in a post soviet eastern european country.

 

Btw: which real locations inspired the map for this mod?

Well, this city based on Vladivostok, but have some inspiration from other russian cities (restoraunt Comrad - Tovarish, this is real life restoraunt Pragha from Moscow, Hotel Jizz - Malafia - it's real life Salut (firework) Hotel and etc). So, Russian Theft Auto made closely to original R*games style, not to CR or other russian mods, which used real life brands and surnames.

In official vk group of Black Stallion was torrent version of mod, was working fine for me.
