The project looks good, indeed excellent. There are some things I would like to say:

For a TC, better off leaving the original GTA SA vehicles. After the release, you could release a gta3.img with the Russian vehicles you choose. So those who have a slow PC can at least enjoy the map without too much swirling frames.

Hey BlackStallion,

 

I'm not aware if anyone else is experiencing the same issue but I'm having trouble starting the game. When opening the executable, I can see that its active under background processes but it never launches the game fully. This is after unzipping everything with no changes.

 

Note:

Also when deleting/shredding the folder I get an error that will neither allow me to delete the folder or edit the permissions.

Download gtasa procees killer, start game with saors.exe, wait little bit, kill process and try again and again. It's little glitch on win 7  or higher
