I've gotten the idea from Blackbird88's thread: [sA] Mobile To PC Research Project.

The goal of this thread is to bring the iOS/Android Port of Vice City into the PC port, while retaining the original content of the game.

Dynamic shadows have already been done. Use Maxo's Vehicle Loader.

Is using MVL the only option to get the dynamic player shadow? I have a CLEO which rewrites the memory adress for the vice squad cheetah and when using it together with MVL, the game crashes at the moment I get 3 stars.

Haven't updated this topic for a while, might need of couple of edits here and there

 

EDIT: Cleaned the topic a bit, also added some recommended mods in order to increase mobile experience

Mobile has some kind of realistic reflection on water

It is pixelated but the reflection is seeable in the water

Can anyone convert the timecyc, particles, vehicles and their wheels?
Yes, the mobile uses Xbox vehicles, but there are a few different cars and some minor bug fixes. The wheels use GTA3 textures, which I found interesting.
