GTA V PC I cant run while holding a weapon anymore(KEYBOARD)

my character cant run while holding a weapon..i press left shift when i carry a weapon but the character doesnt run,,he only walks a bit faster while he aims with the gun..right click on mouse doesnt do anything.scrolling zooms target. anybody???? i checked the keyboard bindings are all set to default confused.gif
