Doing the Slashers with 4 rounds when the promo is on is perhaps the easiest, laziest way to make cash in the entire game. You can chill out and surf the web and watch the cash stack up...

 

Unless you are K/DR pole stroker who can't handle dying.

It's Rockstar's wording from the last paragraph, this reads to me that only Southern San Andreas Auto's will offer the discount, I hope to be proved wrong though!

Agreed but this should have been thought of especially given the amount of "interpretation" players make within GTA Online.

Ya'll can say what you want about people being negative on the internet, but everything since heists has been paper thin and lasted about 10 minutes for most people. I am disappointed and will continue to be until they actually add something worthwhile to do, in game.

This isn't accurate. Most online modes are bustling if you have just beyond a goldfish's patience to wait in a lobby for players to arrive. You have to remember that if you are hosting you must be in good sport standing to get players to join easily (jobs recently completed, job points accrued, no recent bad sport warnings).

You can please all of the people some of the time, and you can please some of the people all of the time, but you can't please hyperar.

 

Oh no, you can, just not the way R* is trying to, i hate playing with other people, adds an extra requirement to the game that i'm not willing to spend a second on meeting, people is stupid, and when you play on your own, you need to do 300 missions to buy a single car, then everything goes to sh*t and i'm back to the sabotaged SP.

 

I had too much MP and no way near enough SP. Now lets get back to topic.

Maybe these game mods aren't poupular to most players, but such wacky game modes are essential for the stupid GTA youtube channels and R* live streams. Yes, it has nothing to do with the main idea of the game, which is crime, that's why we don't have a drug dealing game mode, for example

The only discounted Shark Cards are for the PC accounts, not console accounts

I dont think R* understand how much the community would appreciate new contact missions (more than 3 or 4 plz!) Or ANY new (and ACTUALLY fun) ways for us grinders to make money. You know, content that isnt totally BORING after two or three play thrus..

Is the event not live yet? It's the 27th, but no discounts! (08:00, Netherlands)

While they reset the daily objectives at 7am your time, the events get live a little later. Between 10 and 11am.

Anything more than 50% off could lead to money making exploits. If there were a 75% off deal, players could sell the vehicles they bought at full price for 50% and then purhcase the 75% off for profit.

 

Such as: $100k car sold for $50k (full price). Bought back for $25k on discount day (75% off). $25k profit. There's a reason why Rockstar has always refused to have discounts more than 50% off.

This only works if the player actually remembers to do so before the sale starts but they won't be able to do it the next time because the game remembers you bought it in the

25% off sale and will reduce the sale price at LSC accordingly so it's a one time deal.
