Yes, I know any kind of a discount is a "gift" so to speak but so what? They need to get the big chunk of players who quit GTAO for Fallout 4 back, fast, and this won't help that at all.

LOL. They don't need to do sh*t. GTA has a good-sized population for a 2 year old game, and the next big update that drops will bring people back anyway. This idea that they need to put out certain kinds of updates on certain days to compete with other big games is ridiculous; people that are interested in a long-term way in GTA will keep checking back, and other people aren't going to play no matter what they do.

 

For f*ck's sake, the Lowriders and Halloween updates were both within the last 6 weeks. There's definitely something coming at Christmas too. What they do this weekend is just about meaningless.

We must unfortunately disagree on this. Seeing as how I've lost 3 or 4 of my best mission playing buddies to Fallout 4 in the last two weeks, it's not an unreasonable extrapolation to suggest that a bigger sale is perhaps in order. But you're right, they don't ever seem to operate that way; it's simply not their MO, even if it ostensibly should be.

The discount is for all vehicles. Some of you aren't interpreting the comma correctly.

 

Here's another way of stating it:

 

All vehicles will be 25% off, to ensure you have the sleekest sled in Southern San Andreas. You know, the fictional state we play in. Not the car dealership.

 

No idea if they intend to include Pegasus vehicles though.

Right.

And then they emphasize the Lowriders, as they are the Latest and Hottest vehicles on the LS marketplace.

 

Im gonna resarch about Pegasus being included, but me thinks not.

I spent 2.5million completing that before transferring to PS4 because a friend told me it was busted, he transferred needing 1 more move before receiving the award and didn't know it was broken when he transferred..

If you sell something bought full price during a sale time you still get full sale price

This has certainly been the case before. I bought an apartment when they were discounted, it's normal price is 468k, I can sell for 234k. (Del perro apt 4)

just cos they have given us some cool holiday stuff in the past does not mean they MUST make the greatest DLC every littel holiday that comes around....plus who asked about Fallout? nobody asked
