GTA 5 MODS not working

So i wanted to play with some mods on my gta 5.. Firstly i had the latest gta with the lowrider update (1.0.505.2a) and i installed the script hook and some car mods and trainer in it, it didnt worked and yeah i got asi manager and OpeniV manager installed. Then i downloaded the 1.0.335.2 patch from these forums and did the same mods hoping the game would work but NOPE still the same problem.. And yes i installed the mods in a separate mods folder in gta 5 directory properly. My OS is windows 10.. Any helps would be very much appreciated because its been 2-3 days since i have been trying to get the modded gta 5 to work and GTA 5 is a legit copy and its a retail version and after i close the game i dont get any logs from asi or script hook...
