If anyone is interested, I'd like to form an informal database of the various land vehicles, when fully modded, get as their top speed during the highest speed challenge. I've been taking notes during the Highest Speed Challenge, and this is what I have so far:

 

Sports

Benefactor Feltzer 129.8

 

Coupes

Enus Cognoscenti Cabrio 122.7

 

Off-Road

HVY Insurgent 106.9

Have to say I don't think it's good idea as everyone who partakes in the top speed in the Highest Speed Challenge as there is too much interference from NPC

vehicles/other players helping them etc so you won't ever get an accurate top speed record but carry on...

T20 - I think it was 138.6, around that area

Hakuchou is my top speed so far, with 176.67mph. The Vindicator wasn't far behind but I can't honestly remember what it was. I only know the Hakuchou speed because it's on my stats.
