Are there any serious 'elite' heist crews out there recruiting?

 

None of my friends play GTA anymore leaving me as the only active player of my crew. I have a lot of experience on all heists, high level and a wide range of hardware to choose from.

What is a serious heist crew, not that I'm going to join any. I heist a lot so am interested in what you see as criteria for the term 'elite'.

only just seen this now!

 

well yeah basically guys that don't mess around during heists, have their armor and snacks stocked up, plans their heists beforehand i.e who does what etc. have appropriate heist gear, any extras to make heists easier/more profitable i.e that house on las lagunas with the kuruma
