GTA5 Vehicle mod places

Is there a list of car placement for the several files that have cars for GTAV? So far I've figured out that fbi and police go in x64e.rpf, police2 goes in patchday3ng.rpf and police3 goes into patchdayng4. Better yet, if there's a way to make all cars use one .rpf file that'd be great. I've been frustrated by trying to get police cars, fbi vehicles and SWAT vehicles into GTAV with different names than their creator gave. There has to be some sort of sheet or something that tells modders where their creating goes to work.
