Buy it again to play it in 30fps, I wouldn't if I could go back.

 

Buy it on PC, blows even the Xbox One clean out of the water.

This is very true. Yes, half of the lobbies have modders in them which isn't bad... everyone gets money thrown at them and we get spawn killed every now and then.

 

It's worth it, the game just looks a crap ton better than on console and I've owned GTA V since the midnight it released on the 360.

I bought GTA V for PS3 and upgraded with current version to PS4 since the beginning. Still the only game I have for PS4. You also have to think of future updates. If you want to have a ticket for hype trains you will have to upgrade. Leave AC Unity and buy GTA V.

with google's ever hunger for dominance it wont surprise me.

 

a few weeks ago i watched the latest terminator movie and i couldnt help it but to think in google while watching the thing.

 

google is genisys!

I say yes, buy it used. Its pretty much all the same as on last gen with some graphic upgrades, new cars and a better working passive mode. Pretty much 70% is walking around in passive ghost mode to avoid being trolled.

 

I don't have a problem getting a next gen console for the better graphics and new functionality got GTAV/GTA0. The thing that is keeping me from upgrading is that I still haven't seen an announcement about the upgrade to a next gen player community. :p

And i still dont see dedicated servers coming in soon and all big bugs and glitches fixed

Are you really that ignorant? It's a very simple concept.

 

"Current Gen" refers to the generation of video game console we are currently in the cycle of. We are currently in the 8th generation of video game consoles, the 7th generation (LAST GEN) was the PS3/XB360. So, Current Gen. They haven't been "Next Gen" since the first day they hit the shops.

 

Since "Current Gen" refers to the PS4/XBONE (8th) generation, to use the term "Next Gen" to refer to them now is utterly stupid. "Next Gen" now refers to the 9th generation of consoles, which will be PS5/XBTWO, or whatever stupid name MS and Sony decide to call their next edition of hardware.

 

Also, there is no such thing as "Microsoft's Network", unless you're on Xbox. Why in the hell would PS4/PC connect to anything to do with Microsoft? Do you even know what year it is?

 

Anyway, Fozzie makes a fair point. If you're in the market for one of the current consoles, the PS4 is by far the superior machine.

No old freeroam jobs, jets and tank users can abuse a ghost passive mode while in their vehicles, still the same sh*tty p2p with data base server system, bug that makes you unable to change random personal vehickes their customisation, everyone being able to spam rockets and other explosives without ever needing to go to an ammunation store, still the same sh*tty user created jobs, still the same sh*tty community, an common god mode glitch and still wallbreaches everywhere on the map

 

And to top it off the chance that you lose sertain cars when transfering

More edit: apperantly people can also be permanently invisible and off radar...

 

Either way...no matter what people tell about the o so mighty next gen experience...old revamped broken game is still broken...fact...there is just more to it content wise and graphic wise.

 

With all that crap im probably waiting for gta6 and hoping a more skilled team is gonna work on that gta

If you get next gen for games in general you will get another decent amount of playing time out of it so yes. But dont get it straight for gta

this morning i was killed by a couple of 100% invisible players(no visible character/off radar), so you may add that to your list.

in all fairness, not everyone have over $4-500 laying around to buy a new console, game and subscribtion.Some are also simply just not interested in better graphics and the extra content enough to transfer to. :p

 

Whenever i miss propper matchmaking and loading and a bug free inviroment im playing cod 4 :D

Pretty much this. There are still no dedicated servers, so still a horrible amount of lag (possibly more than last gen). Not only that, but the game's other flaws and broken elements remain flawed and broken.

 

The game is (slightly) nicer looking on One/PS4/PC, but at its heart it's still just a port of an old 360/PS3 game.

It looks sharper and has quite some more little details 'I don't care much about little details' i only care about the vehicles'. However at the heart its still the same game with not much new to offer. The best stuff that you can get next gen is SP only. Such as the new stock-cars and Duke o Death.

 

The best thing current gen has is the new passive mode, which is in some cases also one of the worst new options. GTA: Ghost city can get old fast. Yet sometimes its pretty nice to just roam around without the first auto-aim kid on the block spraying your face with shells to let his e-peen grow. I miss GTA IV's friendly fire off/cops off sessions.

Definitely get it, it really rekindled the love I had for the game, I'd all but given up playing it on 360 prior to that.

 

Plus you're guaranteed all the updates that are still to come.
