The funny thing is that if people just wore their tactical armor in missions that most of these deaths would not occur. I still cannot understand why people don't have a 'heist' outfit saved. Even worse are the hosts that don't select player saved outfits where possible.

way 9: gettin shredded in the rotors of the heli at the beach after completing 99% of prison break

 

Same goes for humane labs. Both from pilots landing in a rush and decapitating others, choppers pilots blowing themselves up and idiots standing right in the middle of the beach wanting to get decapitated.

 

Although I will admit, that beach isn't the best place to land!

Thats why i always land on the plateau above and have the heist crew climb to the heli

One of the ground crew didn't know how...or was unable to equip the rebreathers. We told him how, sent him texts ,etc. It was only after leaving the heist and restarting that he was able to equip them.

Unable to swim in the prison heist, and so drown when parachuting out of the plane. I've seen this happen to 2 people. One of them drowned twice in a row.
