What's the fastest way to get RP?

I'm rank 47 and it feels like it takes forever to get a new rank. I'm obviously not doing it the right way, so I guess I'll ask here: How do you level up the fastest?

I don't have anyone I know or any friends to play with whatsoever so don't bother bringing that up. I need to be able to do it alone.

Also I've googled this and found some missions that are supposedly easy to solo and give a lot of RP, like Violent Duct. I tried Violent Duct on hard and got buttraped, and even if I didn't, it was taking forever to take out all of those guys.

Suggestions are welcome.

If on PS4 add me, I can help you too. GMT:+5:30 age: 47. Looking for players to do some heists and missions with. Sorry, but I don't use mic.

Mics generally not needed for missions but they are for heists.

Not really, heists can be done just as easily without mics.

Rob your PS4 came with a mic, it's a little ear bud you plug straight into the controller, I'm pretty sure it comes as a standard accessory on all of them.

Looks like this :

I have mine as well as my PS4 Camera, but that doesn't say I have to use it. I never use a mic unless I'm with friends.

You prefer not to be sociable and want to do things on your own. Fine...

So why should we help you out and give you tips, just to be told thanks for nothing and leave me on my own?

Team Deathmatch Captures give you loooooads of Money and RP. If you don't know what they are: Those are capture missions were you don't or can't capture the objectives and solely go for kills. It's beeing done in captures so you can set a respawn vehicle like a Lazer Jet for example. You can't make a vehicle team deathmatch unfortunately. Since I am a very high rank I dunno how much RP you get but should be also very high like the money. You get 25000 for winning a game. We are playing thos almost every day in my crew.

With weapons set to "Forced and Pickups", maybe, but if you use your own weapons then a good portion of the little money you do get will go towards ammo.

Well if you basically play a vehicle Team Deathmatch you won't lose any ammo.

I suppose, but it's still not that much money.

You only need to play a few minutes for it lol. There is no way to get faster money and rp than this. (Except Heists for money)

If you're a good pilot, try Plane deathmatches (like hydra vs hydra or kamikaze crap)

If you're a pro driver, vehicle deathmatches

Join an active crew ask you have people to play with, bang through some missions and you should pick up quite quickly.

Violent duct is easily done solo. Just learn how to do each mission, in this case hide behind the bin at the back of the club, take out the guys behind the cars slightly to the right. Then just work your way back - go to the wall of the on ramp for the freeway, then to the wall behind it, clear the red dots at each cover position before moving forwards.

Once it's all clear get the coke and wait for the van (vans? ) to turn up, use the van by the coke for cover, the occupants of the vans will run at you, easy to take them down. Job done.

All the missions have methods of doing them, a few cannot be done solo. A pretty easy one is titan of a job, plenty of guides out there, but put simply snipe as many as you can see before going anywhere near the hangar.

This still works I believe & you can earn upto 48,000 RP every hour for zero effort. Just park up your car next to the fence at the military base to get 4 stars then wait for the stars to run out & do it again & again. You won't get cash but will rack up a huge amount of RP over time & the military pigs won't be able to get you where you are.

i ranked up to 100 from level 0 in a week. I'll tell u how.

first, join a crew. u get more RP. IGN has a bunch of folks in it so there's always someone on.

2. buy a karuma. It will help u in missions, being virtually bullet proof and all. plus it will help you with your free aim skills.

3. Buy a buzzard. It's best for missions with a lot of people to kill. U can really hog all the kills with that thing.

4. do missions, not heists. U get more rp, it's easier to get people to join, and takes less time to do for more RP. in your settings, take it off "keep me host for missions." that way if people leave it will spawn you in a mission with other people. Doing missions with others, even if they aren't your crew gives you more RP.

5. while in the mission, let the other people return the package. u sit in your karuma and kill as many enemies as you can for the RP.

6. some good missions with a lot of enemies to kill are "mixed up with the coke" "rooftop rumble" "Los Santos connection."

7. Shower rank up. If your controller has a cord, or you have rechargeable batteries you can plug it up, set the controller on top of the xbox, get in the shower overnight. you will rank up like 3-4 ranks in a span of 8 hours while u sleep or ask. doesn't seem like much but over the course of a week it's like 21 ranks. just make sure that your headset mic is picking up the buzz from your xbox before you turn your tv off for the night. if you don't have a cord for your controller this won't work because it will time out.

3. Buy a buzzard. It's best for missions with a lot of people to kill. U can really hog all the kills with that thing.

Once you get bonus RP for "Singing in the shower" that's it, the meter goes away for the rest of the shower.

What's in BOLD.

As you're above 43 you can purchase a Buzzard so you can efficiently run Crystal Clear Out III

If it helps I got the playlist from here: http://gtaforums.com/topic/701890-psxb-only-playlist-for-coveted-crystal-clear-out-potshot/

I use the x8 playlist and easily clear $80k+ and 25k+RP in less then an hour

Tips/Tricks:

  • Launch mission with free aim (must be set in single player) nets you a 500+RP per mission bonus
  • Start the mission and immediately call Pegasus for your Buzzard (you don't use ammo / quickly finish mission / missile lock unaffected by free aim!)
  • Enter the mission with an off-road vehicle to make your way to Trevor's Air Field quickly
  • In Buzzard, use homing rockets and left and right bumpers to toggle between the different Vagos while staying just outside of their range of fire
  • Overall, it should take you 2 1/2 minutes to complete but hold off until 4 minutes for special time/RP bonus ($10k+ and 2.5k+RP per 4min round)
  • Rinse and repeat

In the last 2 weeks I've jumped 20 ranks due to this method (was 95 now about to hit 115)
