[SA] Speedometer problem

So, i have tried to install Memphis Speedometer v1.0, Memphis Speedometer v2.0 and Jowie & Memphis Speedometer, but with each of them game was crashed.

How to fix that?

I've use CLEO v4.3.

Don't tell me "use another speedometer", because I want to use one of the mentioned by me. And sorry for my bad english.
