Do you set your own GTAO goals?

Once past lvl 135 do you set any GTAO goals for yourself? Are you still working towards something while playing GTA? Maybe its heists or the CM challenge? My character just passed lvl 400 with 32m. For me, I have been trying to improve my free aim skills in general but I am trying to make it to 50m by lvl 500.

 

I know its a small thing and no big deal, but is there something your working towards?

No, I stopped worrying about leveling up and all that stuff when I came to realise how pointless it actually is. You simply can't be the best, the first or the most accomplished at everything...

 

Now, I just try to keep enjoying myself with the game at every given chance. Works better that way for me.

If this game had actual leaderboards for different stats I might actually care about my own and want to move up the rankings. Kills, cash, race wins, whatever. And if said leaderboards were kept free of hackers and modders.

 

They can't even keep the world record lap times clean ffs.

like recently, I went shopping one time and came out to find someone had taken my lowrider (access to everyone)

i have set a lot of goals since gtao when live...

 

my 3 main goals were

1-platinum on all awards.(done)

2-unlock all gun tints.(done)

3-50k player kills in 2 years.(47k+)

 

i have completed all my goals except the 50k player kill before 2 years, this one was due to the fact that i when away from freeroam for like 2 months while i was focused on criminal mastermind and the elite challenges.

I like to set my own goals, because I like to have something to working for while playing.

 

Some of my current goals:

 

- Reach the level 400 by the end of the year (15 levels to go, should be easy)

- Get all capture related platinum awards (Not so much left to do, I hate that game mode)

- At least have a legit 20 million in bank (done, let's save some more)

- LSPD tint for Heavy sniper (approximately 170 kills to go, done in some day)

- Complete the CMM (Don't know when, but hopefully in some day)

The Lowriders Update has given me plenty to spend money on and helps motivate me to get involved with paid missions and activities, so that's a good thing. Currently Level 238 so 'ranking up' has lost any purpose and meaning to me at this point.

I just achieved 100,000 motorcycle crashes last weekend. That was a goal, but my main goal is usually just to enjoy myself. That's why I play it, and in that I'm a winner.

I'm not really a goal oriented gamer (unless I'm playing a football game) but I suppose in GTA it's that I want to have the certain knowledge that every vehicle I own has been customised as well as it possibly can be according to my taste. There's always one or two cars that I feel could look better somehow and so the battle rages on.

I'm at 44k player kills and 13k of those are head shots, with as much BS as you talk on this forum, I'd have figured you'd been playing a while and wrecking lobbies... You're still in your infancy.
