Vehicular Noob Essentials

Ok so with my main character reaching rank 240, I've decided to freshen things up and start playing with my low ranking sexy female character.

The problem (or joy) is that this lady is under invested, with no decent Pegasus vehicles and a small amount of free rides, being a glitched Adder, a Hexxer, an Elegy and a blue Sentinel XS.

So my question is: what are the essential vehicles I need to turn my noob into a competitive force? I'm thinking missions, races, free roam events, cruising and protection.

Not just rides but also maybe a Pegasus vehicle.

I don't wanna spend too much money so I want I dunno, 5 or 6 essential rides.

Peace

Savage or buzzard

Armoured kuruma

Insurgent with the gun

Hydra

Zentorno, osiris, or T20

And last but not least. The most essential whip in gta history

The surfer :^:

Adder/Elegy are good for races, not the best but it's not worth spending money for another sport and supercar. If you want to go easy on missions you can buy an Armored Kuruma and/or a Buzzard/Savage. But probably all this stuff is still locked so you have to rank up / do heists to be able to purchase them. Oh and a Bati801RR for moto races, that's all. Other kind of vehicles are not so used in races, maybe just classic sport and muscle cars but i can't say which one is the very best, there are plenty of them that are good anyway.

Buzzard

Armored Kuruma

Entity (or something faster and more expensive)

Hydra, if you have the cash for it, but it covers pretty much all requirements in the air that the Buzzard can't do.

Add a Special Carbine, Homing Launcher and some mines and you can get far without needing much more that isn't rank-locked (Combat MG, snipers, stickies, etc.)

Armored Kuruma

Insurgent

Turismo R or Zentorno. (Osiris and T20 perform better but they're significantly more expensive)

0_0.jpg

0_0.jpg

Elegy RH8 for sports races.

0_0.jpg

Akuma or Bati 801 for motorcycle races.

0_0.jpg

I recommend getting a Dominator for muscle car races and a Sanchez for off road races since those classes come up fairly often and they can be stolen off the street.

For Pegasus vehicles, the Buzzard and the Hydra are all you really need.

I would say there should be a small list of Must Do type things to get appropriate cars.

1. Race Wins for Driving Stats/LSC Unlocks/RP

2. Missions to Raise Stats/RP

3. Strength Stat- Golf and No Police Missions to punch people on the beach.

4. Steal Airplanes/Jets/Helicopters and get your flying Stat up.

Ditch the Hexxer, keep the Sentinel to spawn others. The Adder and Elegy are solid for now.

Essential Bike: Bati 801

Essential Cars: Sultan, Dubsta 2, Dominator or Black Fin.

Once your stats and rank are high enough and you got more than a couple Crappy Armor, ask some friends to help with Heists or if you can join theirs and take a backseat role so you aren't too much of a risk. I am thinking like Rank 25-30 before you ask friends, I wouldn't bother trying to join random Heists or Hosting your own with randoms until you are Rank 60+.

Heist Unlock Essential: Armored Kuruma, Insurgent, Hydra or Savage.

Optional: At least 1 Lowrider of your choice.

I don't get it. You're an experienced player with a level 240 character and are asking this question? What do you think?

You don't need my advice.

If I understood this correctly, you are asking these forums for help on how to prep your low level character ?

Seems kinda odd, given that you have already reached quite a high level with your primary...

Must have been doin' something right, huh?

So...why exactly do you need any advice ? :sly:

As a female character, all you need is redemption codes for shark cards from all those kind male characters.

CarnageRacing00

Coquette is a formidable sports car for a fair price. Takes some getting used to but it can hold its own in a race.

Entity is the most well rounded car in the game and I stand by that statement. Yes there are faster supers, but if you can drive an entity well, you'll dominate 90% of the non-driving noobs with more money than skill.

Dominator is a good free muscle car.

Sanchez is a must have.

Buzzard and Armored Kuruma are essential for making contact missions easy as pie. You'll pay them off in no time.

I know when I went back and leveled my second character with missions I got frustrated at the amount of damage I was taking in some of the shootouts. I knew I had less health, but it still seemed like I was getting hit way too hard. Then it was like, oh ya...my strength is horrific. Spent a while maxing strength and that had a big impact on my ability to do missions on hard.

Or, buy an armored Kuruma.

I wish I had an armored Kuruma when I ranked up my 2nd character...

Adder / Elegy will serve you for racing,

bati and voltic for freemode events, race jester or elegy and turismo or zentorno for races (t20 if you got money), i'd say armored kuruma for missions but that's noob, so idk for that use whatever you like, and for missions also get a buzzard or a savage.

ugh giantsgiants please.

Carbonizzare is nearly bulletproof to NPCs so get that instead of the obvious/boring Kuruma.

As far as Pegasus goes it's all about that jump jet...

Felon (hardtop not the convertible)

Schafter

Blista

Akuma or Bati

Sanchez

Dominator

All can be found on the street and are top of their respective categories.

Dominator is tail happy, if it's too much swap in a blade, once you figure out how to drive it they are very quick and have great traction.

Stirling gt or pigalle for sport classic. Entity for supers, cheaper and 95% as good as the more expensive super.

Until you have loads of cash stick with the elegy, a crew member goes silly fast in his. Swap to race massacro eventually.

Armored kuruma and a buzzard are good for missions.

I feel that anyone that gets a Speedo has to bring it to some kind of shop you own and make sure it's a certified Speedo. Like players show up, enter the garage and wait in line to get your approval, "yup, this is indeed a Speedo", drive out and start modding it.

OT: Pegasus list definitely needs a stretch and a cheap boat. As for PV depends what car class you prefer racing/using. I typically stick to sports as they're not too flashy but still competitive in freeroam and races.

If a level 240 doesn't know the basics about gtao I'd say someones spending way too much time bulking up K\D ratio in free roam.

Pretty much...if your level 240 then you should already know this information...threads like this is why there is only 1-2 good threads each page.

Kind of late to the thread, but anyway...

Missions: Insurgent

Races: Super (Zentorno is the biggest bang for your buck), Sports (Elegy, just make sure you install a spoiler on it, no stock spoiler), Muscle (Dominator/Blade/Dukes), Sports Classics (Stirling GT), Off-road (Sanchez. Brawler/Bifta if contact is on and you're not brave enough to take a sanchez. Sandking or Insurgent for real off-road), SUV (Modern Baller), Bikes (Bati 801)

Free roam events: Insurgent/Buzzard

Cruising: Whatever the heck you enjoy riding the most. Atm it's a Ruffian for me.

Protection: Insurgent

Armored kuruma is the best one

Armored Kuruma is trash compared to an Insurgent or 100% armored Infernus.you could get shoot out the front windshield of those vehicles

Some great advice peeps, thank you. I've decided to buy a Savage (never had one before), Armoured Karuma, Sanchez and a Bati and I've stolen and modded a Dominator and Blista.

Coupled with the Pac Std apartment I managed to spunk almost $4mill in a couple hours

News flash..I've kill more people in their armored Kurumas with my AP pistol, then I have been shot threw the front windshield of either vehicle(Infernus or Insurgent)...you have to literally be driving slow and head on to get shot threw the windshield of either vehicle...the armored kuruma is overrated.

is that really news flash worthy? I've been safe enough in my kuruma I just think it's better "imo"

And Idgf if somethings "overrated"
