(XBOX 360) Looking for MC

Just left my previous MC (they moved over to XBOX ONE) and looking of a new one to join. Don't want it to be more than 30-40 members (I like really getting to know everyone) and I'm active daily and expect the crew to be on at least a few times a week and play together. Im very laid back and just like having fun, Have a mic, Very well off in terms of gameplay experience (Have 3 garages 1 for super cars, 1 just for bikes, and the other for random stuff) got the rhino and buzzard and basically everything else. Well I'm kind of confused, I joined the full crew without an invite needed, but there's the prospect section (my other mc had a prospect section too) and it says someone needs to sponsor me. Let me know the details and I look forward to riding with y'all.
