Hello so im going to buy the game tomorrow for PC and today I read all about the hackers destroying public games, so I have some questions (remember have not played the game yet)

 

 

like, is it possible to play the gta online Solo somehow?? like start a private game / passworded game but still be able to do everything / every mission like in normal public games?

gta online story mode possible solo ? etc if you get the drift, I just wanna play the cool stuff of GTA online without getting it ruined by hackers basically...

 

 

have Rockstar fixed hacks in the past? and is it possible to like play with a friend or friends who dont cheat and do stuff together without hackers being able to ruin it, while still being able to do every mission and all the stuff you can in the public modes or where the hackers are?

 

 

 

answers greatly appreciated ! and if someone who is not cheating and wants to play together from level 1 or something can do it with me tomorrow ! (im in Sweden)

Your best bet would be to load the game into story mode first and then from there when you launch online you can choose to go into an invite only session which will basically be freemode but with only you and npc's in it. So no other players unless you invite them. You can do many things solo on the game such as the majority of contact missions, racing, parachuting and survivals. There are some things like heists, deathmatches and last team standing modes where you will need other people. I think the majority of trouble people have with hackers or modders though occurs in freemode so if you mainly do invite only for that then you should be fine.

Your better of playing in invite only or a friends only session, most of the hackers or cheaters will be in online public sessions have come arcross them myself on Xbox 360. Have also heard there is quite a lot of hackers spawning money on PC version, is best to stay away from that & to make money from contact missions or heists. If you stay in friends only session ones that don't cheat, or invite only you should be free of hackers.
