FlushingLocal Posted November 23, 2015 Share Posted November 23, 2015 GTA IV gives me an error "seculauncher_failed to start application (2000)." Is there anyway to fix this? FulVal85 Posted November 28, 2015 Share Posted November 28, 2015 (edited) open dos prompt as admin and use these commandssc start secdrvsc config secdrv start=auto there was an update on windows vista, 7, 8/8.1 that has disabled a service required remember that on windows 10 you can use only digital version of game...
