Looking for friends on xbox one

Im looking for friends on xbox one, i used to had a ps3 and ps4, i was a commisioner in the crew apex stalkers and had loads of friends to play with.

 

But now i switched to xbox one and i have no friends to play missions with on a mature way. Everybody who joins a heist is just screwing around. or killing eachother or level 10.

 

I used to be lvl 280 something, but started all over again.

I hope to find mature players to play around in gtao
