Why do GTA youtubers always have the worst paintjobs?

Tier 1 - Funny, not obnoxious, enjoyable videos:

Vanoss and his crew

Speedy and his crew

Broughy1322

 

Tier 2 - Not too bad, some hints of moneywhore in there but not bad

Xpertthief and people he plays with

Tmartn

Gunit123 (despite me hating him for his past stuff)

 

Tier 3 - Borderline annoying, used to be okay but now pretty bad

Typical gamer

Joblessgamers

Kwebblekop and his crew

 

Tier 4 - Cancerous moneywhores, need shooting imo

Datsaintsfan and other youtubers of his type

 

Tier 5 - Sub human cancers that need to be nuked off this planet

The reason why youtubers have such horrible paintjobs is probably because:

 

-They are different beings from another dimension who like dubsteps,logos going apesh*t,weird colors and may have somekind of syndrome that makes them beg for everything

 

-They were hired by rockstar do ruin youtube

Today i'm gonna do a six minute video consisting mostly of me driving around aimlessly while describing some completely unrelated and already well-known feature or update in GTAO that would take a normal person 20 seconds to summarize

 

But first, like and subscribe... here's a three-minute intro with some sick dubstep track that's also not mine

 

you forgot to start your post with:

 

"hey guys, this is Coleco, with a brand new video bla bla bla bla"

 

It's more like:

 

"WHAT'S UP EVERYBODY IT'S YOUR BOY COLECO HERE AND TODAY I HAVE FOR YOU A BRAND NEW GTA ONLINE VIDEO! BUT BEFORE WE BEGIN I WANT YOU TO MAKE SURE TO HIT THAT LIKE BUTTON AND SUBSCRIBE BECAUSE I UPLOAD DAILY GTA ONLINE CONTENT"

 

 

that was very accurate, now that makes me think you are one of them... lol

Sometimes they increase the brightness and use colour correction in their videos to make their paintjobs look even brighter. They also always have lowrider rims with them whitewalls on supers and sports.

I would have put XpertThief in Tier 1.

 

And LispyJimmy should be worse than Tier 5. Seriously, the guy posts a video comprising over-dubbed clips followed by what appear to be suicide bombers and the like. He laughs his ass off at it but as soon as there is a clip involving the World Trade Centre he stops laughing and says "that's f**cked up". Then it's back to laughing his ass off at someone in what appears to be a Middle Eastern country. It's all f**ked up you dumb sh*t no matter where it happens or who it happens to! The guy is truly pathetic laughing at something like that.

I don't think all YouTubers colors suck...

Just look up ikues database, he'll help you out for colors.

Doesn't he use modded colors? Colors that requires you to modify your crews RBG color? Not everyone can do that. Also the hex editing can probably get you banned.

He does some of those colors...

 

However if you check it out, you'll see he does showcase custom crew colors that can be done on social club.

I notice on the rare occasions I play in a random lobby when I see players entering or exiting LSC they have the weirdest brightest most "playskool" color combinations I've ever seen. So maybe the youtubers are just playing to their audience?

For the most part, probably the same reason they have youTube channels with videos of them playing video games; they crave attention. Notice the first thing most of them say is to "like" their video? Many of these are young people who crave "likes" and social media attention the same way a crackhead craves crack. The crappy paintjob is just another way to grab attention. On top of the crappy paintjobs, they tend to have very outlandish looking characters covered in tattoos, wearing weird clothes and masks, sporting pink guns, crazy hair, etc. It's all about attention.

 

Don't get me wrong, there are some great youTubers out there, such as Broughy, who are making videos that expose various facts and truths about GTA that would otherwise remain unknown. But most of these kids can barely form a coherent sentence, yet they yammer on and on like they enjoy hearing themselves talk. Their validation is measured solely in the amount of "likes" and social media attention they receive. The irony is that there's so many people like that on GTAO that the people who have more refined tastes and opt for simple paintjobs and characters and don't try to stand out end up being the ones who stand out the most.

Well, Its not really cause of rareness or to apeal to the kids. They pick a bright colour to stand out, to be recognized easily. Prime example is Kwebbelkop, his entire channel is covered in orange, so its no surprise he has a bright orange car as well.

 

If people see a YouTuber using the same bright colours over and over, they automaticly gonna relate that to that person. Which ofcourse if favourable for the YouTuber, with brand recognition and all. Its not only cars, just look at every big GTA YouTuber, they all got their own little thing. (Vanoss, owl mask.. Jelly, green cars.. etc.)
