Why do GTA youtubers always have the worst paintjobs?

I'm not sure, I don't watch gta youtubers but if their cars are very colorful like a clown's car then I think they want their vehicules to stand out to some of the kids who watch them. Kids like these vibrant colors. Personally I like to give my gta cars the looks of a car that I would buy and drive around in real life.

Well, the vast majority of these GTA Youtubers clearly have no taste otherwise they wouldn't bombard you with like-begging and stupid dubstep intros and what not. Then, they put up thumbnails of some irrelevant or some screwed version of the subject their video is about, as loud and obnoxious as they can get.

 

So having their in game vehicles just the same is no surprise. Its all there to bait their main audience, and I guess it works so whether they like it or not they keep doing what theyre doing, and of course earning our disrespect.

 

There's also a bunch of them that almost have no clue about the game their channel is based on. They try to act knowledgeable about GTA V but sometimes they just out right pull out a farce and say garbage, they don't know the existing content or features of the game . I've face-palmed so hard quite a few times when I see young kids in my community/locale watch their videos (whether they play or not, idk) and listen to the BS they tell.

The rest don't even play the game, they just do speculation videos and non gameplay stuff like outfits or paint jobs or spending sprees. Agreed, I think saying it's a calculated move to appeal to the kids watching is giving them too much credit, it's actually that they don't have a clue what they're doing.

For some it might also have to do with brand colors, some of these guys actually are trying to make a living off of their channels, and they have particular brand colors they try to work into their cars.

 

The only youtuber I really watch that's GTA related and that's Broughy, and he uses a weird orange and purple pearlescent paint on most of his cars, I personally don't care much for it, but it's part of the colors of his banner and logo (where it looks really good btw), so ya that might also be a reason for weird color combo's

Colours and customisation is highly subjective. YouTubers or not, I think it's pretty pathetic to call what other people like the wrong thing. I like the way my cars look and I don't like yours, that doesn't mean you're an 11 year old.

Those bright colored paint jobs are supposedly rare and unobtainable. Like ifruit/charles and hex editing. I mainly see it by those money glitches type of youtuber like freighttrainwtf, sernadoe etc

Doesn't he use modded colors? Colors that requires you to modify your crews RBG color? Not everyone can do that. Also the hex editing can probably get you banned.
