Yeah, when creating the sheet, I played by what I call "Rockstar Rules," meaning, if they didn't officially mention it as a release, then I considered it "unreleased." Conversely, the Blarneys and J-Lager hats are considered "released," because R* said they were during the original 2014 Independence Day event, even though we all know that the only people who had access to them at that time were modders.

 

Truthfully, the sheet is little more than a tracking device for me, so that I know what I have and what I'm missing from both of my characters. It's very simplistic and could probably be done with Windows Notepad just as effectively, but I like Excel, so...

Hopefully, it benefits some people.

If you're going to make a list you should include all exclusive content. It's just easier keeping track of all items in one list - nicely done! Yeah, the thing is, like I said, this wasn't something I planned on releasing to the masses, it was just a personal checklist for myself...

 

Since I'm a collector, I bought everything from the Valentine's Day, Independence Day and Halloween Updates, so there was no real reason for me to "track" that... Although I do have all articles of clothing logged in a word doc...

 

In cars, you're missing the Soverign from Independence Day and I know the Gusenberg was limited, not sure about the musket (as again, I buy everything). You're also missing the flapper bob (females) mullet, stars and stripes paint, patriot smoke, independence day horns (Think there were 4).

 

Again, the list I had was just for logins, crate drops, playlists, daily objectives, that sort of thing. I do have separate lists (notepad) for the limited time holiday stuff, though.

depending on your on ps3/360/pc you can get a modder to unlock those shirts for like $5.

 

if on ps4/xb1 you may contact R* support with a good story and they may give you the shirts, its better to wait til an update have dropped, thats when stuff tend to go "missing"

The way I got is that I participated the event on PC, then asked Rockstar if I could receive the T on PS4 after all the T-shirts were given out, and they said I could.

Then I'd argue it still IS a PC exclusive as the only reason you have it on PS4 is because you owned and played the PC version during the contest and Support unlocked it for you. Yes, it's in the game code of PS4 and XBOne, but it wasn't released there (yet).
