How to Start Blitz Heist Without Lester Mission

Hey I have done all of the heist setup missions for the Blitz Play heist but I apparently have to do The Hotel Assassination to start the heist. I don't want to do this because I want to do the Lester missions at the end when I have money because right now I only have $676 on Franklin and I actually want to make a profit off of the Lester missions. How can I start this heist without doing the assassination?

Once you've done the Hotel Assassination then you can skip the rest of them until you're ready.

To be clear, you have to do the Hotel Assassination to progress the story, but as AiraCobra said then you can skip the rest.
