(PS4) ELITE CHALLENGES HELP

Hey everyone im new to gtaforums and ive read through all the guides on here to do elite challenges, but I still have no luck. Im looking for a dedicated crew to do this with. I know alot of yous have already completed this but I need professional help. ive asked most of my friends but they give up after 2-3 tries. Im on east coast time and have a mic. Im level 157 and have done heists many times on different roles. Please help. Ill even give my cut to the crew that helps. Also no kids pls and gotta have a mic so we can plan out challenges right. What is your psn name? I'll add it. I have a mic and also need help with the heists as I still haven't finished them, or Lamar's missions for that matter. So if you've done them already I could use the help, prefer hard mode as it requires more cooperation.

A lot of it's luck. I've never done elite but through fluke came within a fraction on Fleeca and Series A.
