Even if we pitted every GTA Online player against each other until a victor was found, this still wouldn't prove anything. There are so many variables in fire fights that cannot prove that someone is a 'better' player than someone else.

We just have to judge players according to each type of job and activity.

 

So there should be at least a couple dozen "best players".

im pretty good at a few things... well... not always.. im fckin useless when i drink.. last night had some whisky.. me and my mates were playing heist and i got killed by 2 npcs... u know when u steal the helicopter as demolition prison break finale.. it was shame.. when i smoke i feel amazing the lobby votes me to be kicked. when i dont smoke or drink.. im just ok as everyone else.. well not everyone else some people just too easy kill regardless their level.. ive killed a level 8000 over and over.. he wasnt happy... (he must have been a cheater but there is no way that anyone could gain that level since 2013 i only play for half year and im level 148 with 1.43 K/D)

I'm not even joking, it's probably me. I have a 0.6 KD ratio, I win 1 in 15 races that I'm in, and it usually only takes me about 10 attempts to make it out of the bank on the Pac Standard heist. I'm basically a prodigy at GTA Online.

I wouldn't mind being the worlds best jet griefer. So good that 5+ people have to get their vehicles to try and stop me or they just give in and leave the session. Would make for some good youtube entertainment,

The problem isn't selecting the "Best" player.. but selecting which gta culture/breed to examine for the best players. Its not that plain and simple.

 

On that note other lists similar to those two will probably follow suit.^

Is there even a way to measure the "best" player? This isn't some COD bullsh*t. In my opinion, this game doesn't have a true objective or goal. I like to shoot white dots in the face.

There are so many aspects to the game it would be hard to choose. The best player is not going to be the one with the highest kd or the most race wins. The best players are the most well rounded ones who are not the best at one thing but skilled in all aspects of the game.

Going for elite challenges I have come across some of the best all round players that I have played with. You can have a 10 kd but if you cant ride a bike then your 10 kd dont mean sh*t.

The best players are the ones who find or try harmless glitches and just want to have fun.Its not the ones who only kill,kill,kill because they have some serious mental issue or brainwashed from call of duty,black ops.
