Why are the heist payouts so sh*t?

Because R* is fond of sharks

-Hammerhead Sharks are found in GTAV

-There's Brucie with Testosterona Bull Shark

-The store contains "Shark Cards" (it eats real-life cash)

ITS A CONSPIRACY! HIDE YOUR STUFF! THEY ARE COMING!

Just kidding. You can't expect to win 50M by playing fleeca. The game's economy is very balanced and precious.

Balanced? It costs like 300k to upgrade a f*cking lowrider to an -actual- lowrider.

It literally takes minimal effort to earn 300k, ffs. Stop being cheap, greedy [email protected]

Says the people who play 7-f*cking-days a week..

Ahahahaha 😂 Nice try. Try 2 hours a nite by 2 or 3 nites a week. Your lack of money making ability leads you to assume asinine things. Lmao. 😂

^pac std can take time but it's pretty easy to do other things whilst you go through the set-ups and heists. I usually read notes (study notes), write notes, do the dishes, cook & eat, clean the flat. With the right team you don't really need to do that much.

Vans - Sit in a car

Signal - Sit in the chopper, kill around 10 guys, sit in chipper

Hack - Sit in Karuma, kill around 10 guys, sit in van

Convoy - The one setup you have to properly contribute on, about 5-8 minutes of action

Bikes - kill 5 guys, 1 min bike ride

Finale - you can stay in the bank and get picked up. Ask to be crowd control and you pretty much do nothing. 40 seconds.

All in all It'll take you 1 and a half hours and you'll only need to spend 20 minutes with the controller in your hand (you should change one of the "Sit in..." To "Drive your team...". The other 1 hour and 10 minutes you can do what you want.

That's nice but some people just want to turn the game on when they feel like playing it and do a quick heist. Without first making dates with people on the internet.

Well then tough sh*t if you can't find a good game with obedient members. & host your own heists if you want decent pay

If you're in the right crew, you won't even need to set dates. Sometimes a group with just form and before you know it you've just earned yourself $500,000 + and you didn't even break a sweat.

Because Rockstar know people are gullible enough and willing to spend time more than they need to work for in-game money.

Rashkovskys Shiv

Most of my $50 mill came from heists...an insane amount of heist grinding.

Joining many invites and hosting them on Hard, with good randoms that I add to my friends list.

I pretty much live in invite only session, and dont remember the last time I had to spend money in freeroam for anything.

I still do heists but now I explore other less lucrative jobs for fun.

Just think, if you had a better personality you would have friends to play with, and wouldnt be such a poor whiney child.

Conversely, i have a large friends list because of mine. When i launch a heist it fills within a minute or so with skilled friends, and i almost always pass on the first try. I can make enough for an upgraded lowrider in about a half hour, no "dates" needed.

It sounds like all of your problems are related to you being a terrible human being nobody wants to be around, confirmed by your ignorant rambling posts. Maybe work on that instead of crying about being friendless on the internet, and your situation might start improving.

When you make a game you can call the shots, as of now you are playing someone elses game... so they call the shots. Get over it kid.

If they didn't change the mission payout system to be based on time, you would have gotten money quicker by grinding say rooftop rumble in an hour than the poor heists payout for 3 hours. GG Rockstar tricking people into grinding something that takes 3 hours.

if it takes 3 hours for you to finish a heist, you have issues!

with a proper/competent team you can do any heist in a hour or less.

when i did the mastermind challenge only took us like 8hours over 2 days to complete it. 8 hours sound like a lot but its a good time given the fact everything have to be perfect, slow and without rush.

Longevity

exactly....easy money = everything you want easy = quick boredom

Basically what I was about to say, I remember how I became bored when the billionaire days came around.

I've had the time of my life in-game back then. Ofcourse that only applies to free-roam warriors because you need cash to blast the sh*t out of things. If you're a passive player then it probably will become boring, eventually.

I would say that Heists are like extreme difficulty missions, and they're only rewarding if you have a dependable crew / group of friends who can complete them quickly. If you're trying to earn money with randoms, then running through Contact Missions provides the best rewards, and even if there is a screw up then it's not mission over.

If you have 3 friends, and none of you are morons, you can make about $160-170k an hour just off missions.

I need to host a heist, which I've never done as 100k/10% for PS is a pile of sh*te. It says to me, join and grief that stingy host.

The problem with heists as a profit-maker now is simply how glitchy they are. Had a solid team together and did the pac-std setups and finale in about 80 minutes, but it took us 3.5 hours. Want to guess why? Yeah, 4 disconnects, 1 from each player, and a glitch freeze on the finale. Woo hoo. Was far less profitable than if we had been doing missions for that span of time, and everyone I know is having that same type of issue on P/S now.

The thing is, money isn't easy to make, surely. But it is what it is; it won't be changing anytime soon. Truth is, you have to find a group of competent and patient people willing to do it with you.

Most people who say it's super easy to make money are typically either:

  • Lucky to have enough friends that are on at the same times as they are
  • Are kids or teenagers with no f*cking jobs or
  • Are sitting at home on their asses all day not working.

For others who have lives outside of a video game and must work, making money can be time consuming. Not everyone is a professional at the game and/or is so fortunate as others. That's just MHO.

Or you can have a full-time job, be married and play about 2-3 hours a day during the week and 4-5 hours daily on the weekend. I get up about 3-3.5m a week doing that just by missions.

Then you're exactly who Shark Cards were made for...soloing missions works out to about $2/hr vs $20 shark cards, so unless you work at a brick factory in India you're probably better off that way.

You're not a better person because you're busy, BTW, and nobody cares.

It's all designed to keep you hustling (or buying shark cards). The online portion of this game is designed so it can be difficult to get ahead. No use in bitching and moaning. It just ISLAMIC STATE.

Some DO get ahead. Several ways to do it. Play smart, don't blow up personal vehicles and avoid the free roam money black hole is a critical first step.

lol at complaining about the price of apartments. You can get a high end apartment with just 200k. You can make that in a week just by doing the daily objectives. The only thing that I think is kind of ridiculous is low rider upgrade prices. The upgrade costs more than a lot of sports and super cars. Seems stupid that you can buy an Audi R8 or an Aston Martin for like 130k, but it costs around 300k to upgrade an old, slow, car just so it can jump.

I make that in just one night, just farming Dubsta 2's while running Lesters Denial of Service mission.

I just sold off another 7 Dubsta 2's.

$162,750 in the bank in just over 5 hours time... and I just farmed another 5 Dubsta 2's in between the sales of the previous 7... so in a few hours I'll have another $116,250

Takes me about a little over an hour to get them from Le Mesa LSC, usually best times for me are when I start Denial of Service at game time Thursday or Sunday close to midnight... or Monday around noonish...

Not to mention the $16,669 - $18,880 pay out from every run of Denial Service in between car sales to LSC.
