What do you do when high lvls grief low lvls?

Go check out the situation first. Put my headset on and see if mr. cool and his high rank are talking chit while being a sadist. If the low rank keeps up his aggression, let em be. If he is obviously trying not to fight back, I will make the high rank persons game a lot more difficult. There's a reason why the giant, liver-lipped puss is picking on a low rank...

 

I have also been the white knight who got backstabbed by the dude I was trying to defend. So...not everyone appreciates assistance.

Nothing. You can't survive in this game with someone holding your hand, low level should be aware that passive mode exists. It's not my problem.

Today while playing in a lobby I noticed some level 300 repeatedly spawn kill a guy in the low 20's. I went to the place with my insurgent and helped the level 300'ish guy out to kill the low level and I have to admit that it was fun.

Do you prefer to help out the low level in this situation or are you that guy who supports the high level in this case?

brings out the trolls wich i then can try to grief without any remorse to hold me back

not to overly strange, i like my cars to be classy, but seriously, seeing how golden and chrome and ugly things are so populair i actualy think ugly cars being blown up because they are ugly is a myth

only thing is the gold adder and the bright gang van.....you know....just in case im wrong

If its just standard gun combat I leave them be. If they're using a tank, jet, etc., I will blow it up with my Hydra because its fun. Sometimes I just kill the attacker because they are stroking their K/D and they will leave/go passive instantly.

Nothing lol. I generally don't pay attention to levels in free roam. Besides if I see two randoms battling it out more likely than not I'm gonna try and kill both of them.

If it's just a shootout, I'll usually drop in only if the low-level winds up getting camped. If it's one of those "easy way out" dolts or a tank griefer, I usually pick up the fight with them and the low-level either gets away, or, usually, gets the idea of what I'm trying to do. I tend not to shoot back at them if they're lower than level 50-60, and often let them get away with a kill on me if they seem to be under the impression I'm going to attack.

I played with someone like you just a short while ago. Said "low-level" left the server after I started taking out his friend and fighting him off, only to come back as his level 440 primary character and try to get the drop on me. The two fought me in the alleys for a good 40 minutes, eventually running off to call mercenaries on me. They didn't really get anything out of it, though. I killed the first guy until he went into passive and I guess that's when they decided they weren't having fun anymore. They came back later and I was riding around on a BMX, both in blacked out Dukes. I gunned them down and did a flip into the canals, and they seemed rather displeased about it into their mics. Good fun, though.

Today I had a level 30 with an IGN crew tag try to shoot me while I was in passive mode. Then he took a Sandking out of his garage to LSC, so of course I set up outside to kill him when he left Los Santos Customs. Fast forward a few minutes to the end of a highest free fall challenge, I died from too high a fall at Tinsel Towers, and respawned at the beach near a plane. That IGN scum was also there, and got himself killed four more times because he kept going after me. He also tried hiding behind his modded Sandking at one point, which I just blew up with an RPG. The bad sport warning popped up, but no insurance bill notification. Guess he modded his truck, but didn't buy insurance for it.

The low levels usually end up stabbing you in the back to get a cheap kill so hell no to helping them out.

 

Exactly. And if a low-level is getting spawn killed it means he's fighting back instead of leaving or going in pm. The whites knights who 'come to the rescue' are hypocrites who use a moral excuse to get into fights.

Joined a session last night, sees one just spawn killing an AFK player. I happen to be flying a Buzzard and manage to swoop in and kill him 3 times...until someone else in a copter blows me up.
