What do you do when high lvls grief low lvls?

Today while playing in a lobby I noticed some level 300 repeatedly spawn kill a guy in the low 20's. I went to the place with my insurgent and helped the level 300'ish guy out to kill the low level and I have to admit that it was fun. :catspider:

Do you prefer to help out the low level in this situation or are you that guy who supports the high level in this case?

Send a mugger after the low level and join in, sniping from the rooftops

Usually just sit back and mind my business. If the low level is really tired of dieing he can use passive mode. Besides, the high rank might be killing the low rank because the low rank started some sh*t. I've had low ranks start with me all the time, and I attack them back the same way I would another high rank.

Equip my LSPD tinted heavy sniper and join in?

Kidding (sort of)

I get attacked by low levels all the time. I often wonder why they keep coming back only to be shot down again and again. After their 2nd or 3rd attempt I might bother to check their level, at which point I'll carry on as if they were any other player.

Sometimes, what you perceive as griefing, may just be a low level who doesn't know when to quit.

Half the low levels that mess with the high levels deserve it, least from experience. I could be friendly and the low level would still kill me, then I'll kill them...over and over and over....

Immediately run to my house, sit on the couch and watch them on television  Cause i couldn't sleep at night without seeing who comes first: the wannabe superhero/samaritan to help the low-level or the wannabe-badest.guy.around to help the high one :D

PS. Actually there's only two options: mind your business or join the fight and random shooting the first you have in sight ;)

Nothing. Passive mode works on current gen. You can't help or fix stupid sometimes.

Nothing. There is a plethora of weapons available to new players.

Not a luxury we had when the game was new.

Nothing. I take no notice of other players and just mind my own business. If some pip squeak wants to annoy me and I feel like griefing them, I would appreciate it if I was left alone.

I don't take note of who's griefing who,so I wouldn't know when a high level happens to grief a low level.

But when I do, a third member joins in.

A Paradox from 94

I step in and help. I used to be in that low level's position and I'm not sitting idly as someone gets taken advantage of. Whether the abuser is on foot, Armored vehicle, jet it doesn't matter because I'll put a stop to it. Unless the low level was on the mic saying racist stuff.

Nothing. Chances are the low level started it....happens to me all the time...I drive around free roam minding my business and a low level makes numerous attempts to kill me.

I'm a Griefer.

I find my own victim's and leave them to it.

I have a rule not to Grief anyone under Lvl 50, unless they come at me first. Sometimes you meet those low ranks that think they are tough sh*t..

If you got AFK I don't care what your rank, I will steal those kills.

I join in and grief with the high level

You are the equivelant of the little bitch who stands behind the big dude and hopes he can put the boot in and be protected by the bully.

In other words, you're a f*cking pussy.

The low levels usually end up stabbing you in the back to get a cheap kill so hell no to helping them out.

If i feel like it ill go after low levels, but usually I just leave everyone alone

I don't worry about it, you don't know what the situation is. You might think you're doing the right thing but for all you know the low level might have been saying all sorts of crap to the high level prior to it kicking off. I have been known to step in if a player of pretty much any level is getting battered by a group of players, just to level the playing field a bit.

There is a big difference between pro-actively defending yourself and joining a high rank player in bullying a new guy.

And to say that they are even remotely the same is stupidity.

Get a cheap kill against the distracted high level while the freshly respawned low level lines up the marksman sniper on the back of my character's head.

Then run away after respawning.

Like I said, nobody is perfect. GTAO brings out a player's darker side at times. It shouldn't warrant an emotional outburst here in front of the community. Passive on current is also an option.

I do not get involved, one, because I'm terrible at pvp, and two, if I do get involved, I'll probably get hunted down.
