Placing a working tv

So I was wondering how could I place a tv either into a vehicle like someone did making the limo mod or just a tv into a custom made house. Also side question anyone know how I can also make it so the champagne cigars and Internet options from the Luxor deluxe and swift deluxe can be put into story mode?

So, you somehow got the content of a pm I wrote to someone else. But in order to help I'd need some more on what you're trying to achieve and what is not working, as this is basically the way it works in my limo mod.

i just want to make a mod for me I won't post it I just want tv's working in the deluxe plane and heli also place some tv's in user made houses

Also I'm not that much of a coder so I kinda need instructions on how to do it.

And if you know how i can make it so I can use the items in the deluxe heli and plane in story mode. Like the champagne, cigars, and Internet browsing. That would be great if I could have that stuff
