Phone calls to in-game contacts not working?

All,

 

I'mean currently having an issue when trying to call cell phone contacts. When I try to call Mors Mutual, Merryweather, Pegasus, Gerald, Dom, Lamar, Lester, Simeon and Martin, the call just "rings" forever, until I hang it up, usually after 10+ rings.

 

I even tried calling the strippers. At least with them, I get a busy signal. Calling the Cab company also gives a busy signal.

 

Just wondering if anyone is having/had this issue, or if it's a sick to be me issue.

This has happened to me. All I did is reload the game.

It has happened to me in solo sessions, just try leaving online and joining again or restarting your game.
