You have to love the why me ,I am such a nice guy,its not fair crowd.We all know you have to be a real asshole to go to bad sport,which is why they are full of people flying around in jets.I have never been to bad sport and I blow up lots of cars mainly in self defense kurumas,zentornos we all know why and cars with more than two players coming at me,I must average 15-20 a week and my total is well over a 1000 but I spend 50% of my time playing missions,heists,races etc. and 50% in free roam. You cant be a blood thirsty asshole all the time.

I would agree with you if the game was better balanced. Since it's not, and since griefers have tools at their disposal to be complete d-bags as long as they want with almost no consequences, Bad Sport is all we've got. Like Longsack, I lean toward thinking it's a necessary evil - at least until such time as they fix some other stuff in the game (a good starting point would be jets).

You have to be a real assclown to get in bad sport. I have blown up plenty of cars and had warnings but have never been sent there.

 

But I do think that there should be a compensation system for blowing up someones car.

 

If you blow it up once, nada, every time after that you pay the player a fee as well as insurance.

 

So it would go by how many times you destroy their car.

Or something similar. There would be a cooldown of X amount of minutes.

 

This would allow you to safely defend yourself while protecting players in rooms filled with insurgent and hydra griefers. And if they want to keep killing you they pay insurance plus compensation.

Overall I think the system is stupid in a game like this. But they should make it to where you don't get penalized for blowing up crew member's/friend's cars. That sh*t is beyond stupid.

Just finished an eight month sentence. I agree we should have bad sport, but they need to implement something that can tell the difference between someone quitting, and someone being disconnected. You shouldn't get bad sport when the game disconnects.

Its really hard to get in bad sport now. Friend that got in was in a 8 hour kill and blow up everything that moves stretch with his Attack Buzzard. And I was playing for 4-5 hours nonstop killing, using off radar when I got in, but I think it was players voting me in, Rumors going on that people can vote you into bad sport.

Ive only seen one other person in bad sport, 99 percent of the time it was only myself. Everyone else I know that been there says its empty too, and its a solo sentence. We have the best internet connection our end and I regularly clean my cache and reset my system so its not my end. We think its a mostly solo punishment. Don't believe the ones that say otherwise, they are thinking back to full bad sport lobbies when it used to be easy to get in,.. not anymore.

Nah, bad sport is fine the way it is. You need to be a top shelf douche to be put there anymore. I went there two or three times a few weeks after Online was released, found out about bad sport & how you get put there & haven't been there since.

 

Even when jet strafing, I rarely get labelled dodgy. So no, it's there for a good reason & seems to work as intended. Some people play this game purely to annoy others & ruin their fun unfortunately, so it's nice to see all those idiots get crammed together & bang each other.

Bad sport is ok i suppose but not allowing a bad sport player to join an invite only crew only or friend only session is dumb. They should have every right to playing with friends and crew

I have blown up 5600 vehicles in this game and never been even close to being a bad sport. You must sit in a plane and grief all day long. Maybe the difference is I dont use sticky bombs or ever fly in jets, the only time I blow up a car is if it's to stop an idiot from coming at me in an armored vehicle..
