Import/export issue. A true WTF moment

Now folks. What to do with this? Otherwise the game works just fine, I have an Asus G551JW and my game is a Steam download version. However, when trying to export a vehicle, the cable and magnet of the crane freeze and I can't even drop off the vehicle. This only occurs with bikes, cars can be exported normally. I only can export bikes by riding them directly to the ship deck.
