Best bike for Time Trials?

Personally I would say either the Bati or Hakuchou. Bati is I think the second fastest bike and is very agile, good for some of the offroad trials and with lots of turns and stuff.

The Hakuchou is the first fastest but not good agility, better on the road or flat surfaces.

Take your pick

Pretty much this, the Hakuchou is the fastest (wheelie) but for turns not very good.

Bati second fastest and much better for turns.

Bati 801 fully upgraded is what I normally use, or hakuchou they are the best bikes for time trials when fully upgraded, bati is better for going around sharp corners.

Everybody always looks over the Double-T

"But it isn't the absolute best at anything..."

Yes, but it's second best in everything.

Won't out-run a Bati or out-accelerate an Akuma, but I can beat both in the same race.

Any of the faster ones will do.

^^This.

As you can see above, there's a lot of consensus but then you get people saying other bikes are the best. What they mean is they're the best for them. Just try the top tier bikes and find the one that suits you best. If you're looking for a bike that makes you good then you're doing it wrong.

Da Elite Ninjah

Look at the race leaderboards, the Bati 801 is on top of 90% of the races.

So go for the Bati 801.

If someone knows how to use the KRS. you won't keep up with them even on a Bati.

I'm sorry, but I have to jump on that. The Lectro is nowhere near as fast as the top-tier bikes, like the Bati, even with the most efficient and impressive use of KERS.

Seriously, if you're on PS4 we can test that theory. I'll even go easy and use a Ruffian.

Pretty sure I deleted my earlier post as the OP is specifically about Time Trials, not races.

Try the Lectro on a course with lots of turns and few straights, then you'll see.

As for this:

Get over yourself ya douche. lol

You hadn't deleted your post when I replied, hence the quote.

Also, I know what I'm talking about. I think you should either accept that I'm right or prove that I'm wrong. I've spent a considerable amount of time on most bikes, and I'm pretty sure I know them better than most bike riders. That's not me being arrogant, before you think that. I'm just saying it as it is.

Before you respond, look me up on Youtube. I'm not an arsehole just because you think I am.

Hello,

Can anybody advise on the best bike to use for time trials?

Thanks!

Check out the time trial threads - here's a link to the current one...

As you'll see it's most commonly the Bati or Hakuchou that people complete them with, but there are plenty of other examples, including the avid car drivers that don't use bikes. I personally did the current one on a Hakuchou on the 3rd attempt. Just make sure to wheelie as much as possible as the bike accelerates more when the bottom is pointing forward.

Above Omnipotence

Akuma trumps all Motorcycles on technical tracks, 2nd. is Bati but, not by far, 3rd. is Double-T. Hakuchou is the best for top end speed. And to let y'all in on a little secret, the Bobber wheels acts as Offroad wheels, meaning great curb boosts.
