timnboys
How to spawn a custom object?(VB.NET) Let me just go ahead and explain the background I am trying to spawn ridgerunner's handheld radar gun model that I got permission from him to use and convert to gta v as I have tried in both ragepluginhook & scripthookvdotnet but I cannot figure out how to get them to spawn the model(as for some reason I believe it has to be in a specific rpf file? as my tests show it doesn't spawn as a prop with scripthookvdotnet and ragepluginhook I have already tried spawning it as a weapon that failed for obvious reasons as it isn't a weapon it is more a object.) let me just ask does anyone have experience with this and help guide to me to add the handheld radargun model not replace a object?(as I have tried replacing weapons and it always crashes the game because it isn't a weapon.) so please if anyone could help me out so I can start/finish up my handheld radargunv script that would be great also does anyone know how to use perframedrawingevent like you used to use in gta iv .net scripthook in either ragepluginhook or scripthookvdotnet? as the script I am working on is coming from the gta iv .net hook so I was just hoping someone could help me out and tell me how they did it so I can see how they did it and got it working and hopefully get mine working. timnboys
I just want to leave this out for everyone the x64i.rpf holds the props files and other mods I am testing it with scripthookvdotnet to see if it spawns the object/prop
nitanmarcel
I don't belive you can use objects without replacing others.
